5. Steve Jones

Steve Jones has been bringing fine cheese to Portlanders for almost a decade. Not only does he run the Cheese Bar in Southeast Portland, but he’s responsible for the cheese boards at many of Portland’s finest restaurants. He also won the 2011 Cheesemonger invitational.
